Daily life and parenting can be very challenging.
Education and therapy can offer relief.

Are you feeling helpless as a parent?
Do you worry about your child’s behavior?
Are you unsure what is developmentally normal and what is not?
Is communication with your partner becoming increasingly difficult?
Do teachers place pressure on you when commenting on your child’s behavior?
Are you feeling anxious or sad?

Let’s talk about it—and connect the puzzle together.

Parenting can be deeply challenging. When personal struggles, divorce, or financial stress are added, it can easily feel as though control has been lost.

In a thoughtful and caring way, I am here to support you in regaining a sense of balance in your everyday life. Through online parenting classes, as well as individual, child, or family therapy, I help parents better understand themselves, their partners, and their children—so they can reconnect, feel more confident, and enjoy being part of a healthy, growing family.

Clinical Psychologist/Counselor | Children & Adult Psychotherapy | Parenting Counseling| Online Parenting Classes

I am a Master’s-level Clinical Psychologist specializing in early childhood development. My education and clinical training are psychoanalytically oriented. My credentials are equivalent to degrees in Clinical and Counseling Psychology and I am currently practicing under my Counseling License (LLPC).

As a psychologist, I consider psychotherapy and psychological education to be essential components of mental health care. Taking care of our emotional “injuries” can be deeply empowering, helping us live happier, more meaningful, and productive lives. Working with a therapist offers insight into our personal burdens and supports the healing of emotional wounds.

Through therapy or psychoeducation, we can adopt new ways of thinking that are more connected to our inner selves. Integrating biological and psychological processes fosters self-awareness and supports lasting change, leading to a better quality of life. Much like assembling the pieces of a puzzle, this process helps create a clearer, more integrated picture of who we are.

Online Parenting Classes

When working with families, my primary goal is to offer a clear understanding of children’s emotional development and the meaning behind their behaviors. In my classes, we address a wide range of experiences that can feel overwhelming—from the transition to parenthood and caring for a newborn, to the intense, fast-paced world of toddlerhood, and the complexities of parenting adolescents.

Expressing what often remains unspoken and sharing experiences in a supportive setting can bring significant relief. If concerns about yourself or your child remain after our discussions, I offer more individualized support. Together, we can develop a therapeutic plan tailored to your family’s unique needs.
